Mah Mah is busy cooking in the kitchen. Mouth watering aroma is drifting out from there.

We are all anxiously waiting for the dinner.

Ayam Bag

Ayam! Bag!(I'm back!) with more gossip and news of my 1st CNY celebration at K.Trengganu with my family and relatives.

Vroom! Vroom! Love it here. Large area for me to roam about.

Many chairs for me to hold on.

Kong Kong is always watching me learning to walk.

Here I go in my new baju and new chair. I'm going to build some bungalows. More gossip in the coming few days. Mamarazzi too exhausted to blog everything yet. Got lots more photos and nice makan place ..kekeke. Stay tune...

My 1st Trip to Pizza Hut

Aromatic Thai Spaghetti

What is smelling sooooooo good? Now wonder it's called aromatic Thai Spaghetti. Woke me up from my nap. Papa let me have a taste...sluuuurrrrp! nice nice.....

Wakiki Paradise Pizza. Mamarazzi don't know how to comment as she doesn't know how to appreciate pizza much. But she likes the meat.

Overall, this has been a good experience for me but with only one thing lacking. . . they don't provide cutlery's for children.

Mamarazzi In Cooking Mood

*Sniff*Sniff* I can smell something nice nice. Is dinner ready?

Ridged Gourd

A few minutes later it became Ridged Gourd With Bilis, Chicken Egg and Salted Egg. What shall we call it? Sunrise in Tahiti?? kakakaka

My favourite dish ...FISH!

Teo Chew Steam Fish Bihun. A bit of everything...ginger, asam boi, tomato, mushroom, salted vegetable and soya sos. Steam with Bihun....Wah Lau eh...heavenly...Eat this dish in a restaurant will cost at least RM30. This one less than RM10.

Uiks? Have some more? Herbal Chicken Soup? Goooooooood. But Mama, what's the occasion ah?

Makan-makan at Esquire Kitchen, Endah Parade

Hmm...what is Tung Po Meat? Heard somebody mentioned that it taste very good. Mama, you are meeting up with your friend later, right? Lets go and eat Tung Poh Meat.

Oh..this is Tung Po Meat. Wow such a big bowl. Can finish ah?

Uiks! What's this? got vegetable. Salad leaf. Good. Eat meat must eat vegetables too.

Huh...dug up so much vegetable from the bowl ah?

Yikes! The meat left so much only after all the vegetables are out?? Economy tarak bagussss...Nevertheless, this Tong Po Meat taste really good.

Goes well especially if eat with this "Far Kuen", another word for Man Tao. Hmm...I wonder whether Mah Mah knows how to cook Tung Po Meat or not.......*saliva dripping*

Crispy Kailan Dish.

Cross my feet and hope for the best. I don't know how to cross my fingers yet.

Crispy Kailan?? Presentation look good. Taste ok-ok-la. The Kailan Leafs are crunchy and taste like bits of Japanese Seaweeds. Good for those who loves Seaweeds.



Recipe:



- Kailan(obviously). Separate the stems from the leafs. Chop the leafs into fine strands

- a bit of anchovies

- Garlic( diced)



Method :



-Fry the anchovies till crunchy

-Deep fry the Kailan leafs till it's dark green and crunchy

-stir fry the stem of the kailan with the garlic.

-Serve with the crunchy bits as a topping.

Peanut Puffs(Kok Chai)

Yawn~ Pagi-pagi buta, what is Mamarazzi doing?

Peanut cookies didn't turn out right, change project to making Kok Chai pulak. Can be say that the project is marginally successful. The "Food Tester" gives thumbs up to the "Inti" but just a marginal pass for the pastry. The pastry is a bit hard.

Huh?? That's all the Kok Chai Mamarazzi managed to make ah? Why so little? Countable by fingers. Oh no more "liu".

Mamarazzi is still puzzle on why the oil in the wok turns murky and with black residue after frying the 1st batch of the Kok Chai. Anyone?

Peanuts Oh Peanuts

An unsuccessful project by Mamarazzi - Peanuts Cookies(Fa Shang Peah) . Don't have Oven for baking cookies. Used Microwave. First batch, cookies are cooked but looks like charcoal. Second batch, Cookies looks good but taste like yuckky. The flour is not cooked. Haiz...
