Service with A Smile?

Went to makan at Pizza Hut, Subang Parade not so long ago. Papa was craving for their Cheesy Pizza.

 Ding Dong! Am ready to order.

Waited and waited and waited..still nobody came to take our order.

 

Restaurant not crowded what!Why nobody come and take order one? Not peak period pun.

Grrr....Auntie Cleff even suggested that we go online and order the pizza to be delivered to Pizza Hut, Subang Parade. Pizza Hut Delivery Service would have been faster than Dine-In.

 

Well, somebody finally came and take our order.

The soup came first. Mamarazzi had two spoon of this soup and she said enough. It's that bad.

Usually the Garlic bread would come together with the soup or nearly the same time. But this one not. We had to wait and wait till the soup was cold and Papa had to remind the Waiter, they baru bring us the Bread.

 

Hmm...really spoilt my appetite

Also had to wait long time for the Pizza to arrive. Does anyone know whether the 15 minutes waiting time applicable for Lunchtime only or is it throughout the day?

Taste? So-so only.

 Forgot what is the name of this thingy. Mamarazzi didn't eat that coz stomach full already from all the waiting.  The "sausage" also "kedut" already when it arrived our table.

 Mamarazzi's order of Chicken Wings. I think it's Honey BBQ Wings. Tasted too sweet. Much of sugar instead of honey.

 After makan, we saw a booth promoting UniFi. Papa went and enquire whether our area have this service or not while Mamarazzi brought me to meet the Clown.

The "smile" on this Clown face really pasted on. He "smile" with paint instead of mouth and eyes. Well, maybe it have been a tiring day for him but still...it's his job mah.

 Anyway, he made me this "pink" coloured sword. "Pink"? 

 Then we went around the corner and saw this smiley Clown at Sime Darby booth. He is one Jolly fella. A bright smile on his face. Very much different from the Clown at UniFi booth.

Maybe he kesian me with my pink sword. He made me another sword. This one is blue colored. Thank you very muchie!

 

Now I have TWO swords. It's time for LITTLE BIRD and ALIEN hunting! Sword fights!!!

Bees & Spamming

Come..come nearer..Let me tell you something...we have a new bunch of Guards at the Guard House

One of the guards noticed something dangerous at Papa's parking lot. He came and warn us. Guess what was it that he told Papa...


This one!!!!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeee.....scary. This is taken by my new zoom zoom new toy.

Gosh! There is a nest of bees on one of the branches of the tree where Papa's parking lot is located.

Papa had contacted the Management Office regarding this matter. The guy said will look into it.

Well, guess if that guy is taking too long in "looking into" the matter like what happen on the "Lift Incident", Mamarazzi will be turning into an evil witch again and spam the developer's FB again. It works well enough for the Lift incident. *evil grinz*

Shabu-Shabu, Japanese Style Steamboat At Kuchai Lama

SELAMAT HARI KEMERDEKAAN!

Went to Shabu Shabu Japanese Steamboat Restaurant at Kuchai Lama last Sunday for Buffet Dinner.

Price RM31-80 per person(adult). Children with the height of 85cm-135cm are charged half price. Those who are above will be charge full price.

I was charged half price. There was a Jie Jie who was just 8 years old but very tall was charged full price. Guess they are following Japanese height gua.

Does this mean the taller a person is, the more he/she can eat?

Mamarazzi still preferred those restaurant that charge according to a child age instead of height.

Having dinner with Papa's mates. Wah...here, have to wait till everyone arrived baru allowed in, to sit. Cannot go in and wait first. Kesian lah if got small hungry kid like me.

Very hygienic. Each one have own "steamboat " pot. But the largest table can accommodate 6 person only. Very cramp.

Means can't go in a large group else will have to sit separate tables.

Found something I can "press". Kena Mamarazzi scold.

*Sulk* no children friendly one geh. Buta-buta I kena scold. Say cannot play with fire/electric wor. But if sumbat me sit at the aisle, the waiter and waitress keep langgar my chair pulak.


Food comes on long conveyor belt. Just need to take as the food pass the table.

Rather "economical" portion. Each dish with only two "biji" of thingy.

Being the "kiasu lang", we took many dishes and all campur into a plate.

Jeng-jeng-jeng- like this baru la call steamboat.

Oh ya..don't expect to see the the "premium" items like crabs, straw mushrooms, oyster, otak-otak, mussel, pork, beef and mutton coming to you on the conveyor belt. These, you will have to order from the Waiter/waitress. Not sure whether people sapu all already or what.

And the size of the crabs were super "BIG". See! can fit two crabs in Mamarazzi's palm.

I was ready with the "cedok" waiting for the food to be cooked. Once cooked, being the "anak bapak" that I am, I feed Papa first.

Ice cream..the redeeming grace.

Mamarazzi said she won't b bringing me there anytime soon wor. Said go for Yuen Steamboat better. Yuen Steamboat only RM22+ and kids my age eat for free. Food variety also more than Shabu Shabu.Even the soup base taste nicer.

The only thing positive thing that Mamarazzi can say about Shabu Shabu is that they have individual pot.

"Efficient" TM Reply

Remember Mamarazzi's post yesterday? She did wrote to TM, telling the about the phone line and Internet line that "dies" for 5-6 hours each time it rained.

Also to ask them why nobody is answering their helpline at 03-55109191. Discontinued or what? How to expect people to dial "100" using handset?

Their standard reply comes very fast too.

"Escalated to action". Means what? Another fancy wording for they will look into the matter?

And the "killer response" is "please call hotline '100'. " ...Aiyo...Have to pinjam neighbour's phone ka? Not necessary have house phone also in view most people are using handset nowadays and even if have, their phone line would have been down too.

Well, the good news is that their Customer Service had contacted Mamarazzi and they are looking into the matter coz according to the guy, the down time should be a few minutes only. Not a few hours.

And according to the guy, Celcom can be use to call the "100". Thus, now...either Mamarazzi have to get Celcom as backup or go complaining to other telco why their service does not include calling the "100" number.

*pengsan-ed* No eyes see.

Carrefour, Kota Damansara

Heard there is a new Hypermarket in town. Actually opened since February but Mamarazzi just got to know about it recently.

Well, nothing better to do...go jalan-jalan lor.

Very spacious

Shall I open a stall here? Sell what ah?

Hmm...indeed very new and wide space for me to run around. It's wheel chair and pram/stroller friendly too. Very good!


But one thing never change in Malaysia....wet and dirty toilet. Mamarazzi got so geram. Just imagine going into the toilet cubicle with that what-you-call-it "wind machine" blowing full blast. Cubicle is with 3 walls and a door, right?. Imagine, all the wind blowing in from under the door and no place to go but up...The smell..YUCK!!! *pengsan*

Do You Have A Sense Of Humour?

There are sure a lot of weirdo out there in the Cyber World. Just the other day, Mamarazzi received a comment that advertise Sex for hire. And yesterday, a blogger friend of Mamarazzi was attacked. Verbally, not physically. That could not have been a good experience no matter what.

There are all kinds of blogs in the blogsphere. Some are about politic, some about romance, some about humour, some about cooking, some about work, some about kids and some even about sex.

A person is not expected to go to a blog about politics and expect to read about cooking there, right?

Thus, if a person is to go into a blog which the author is known to have a good sense of humour, he/she would expect there would some funny saying or jokes floating in the air. Hence, there is no point in getting politically uptight about what the author wrote or put in his/her blog.

This makes Mamarazzi wonder, could it be that the author had inadvertently touched a sore point of that reader or is it the reader have IBS.




Hey, blogging and reading blog are supposed to be relaxing. Thus, all I am saying is "Chill out, Babe. If you don't like what you are reading,just flip the page. Peace to the world!"

Little Snow Boy

This is me two weeks ago at Bangsar Shopping Complex. This is the "saga" where I turn into as "snowboy" the next day.

Oh how true it is what Uncle Eugene posted a month ago (http://bold-talk.blogspot.com/2009/10/i-hate-these-words.html) Mamarazzi really hate those words now.


We had an appointment for dinner 7.30p.m. with some people. It was a Friday.

That afternoon, we had a few things to do and had initially planned to go home and change for the dinner. Unfortunately there were some delays thus we had to rush straight to BSC to be on time coz we know we stay faraway and that the traffic to there will be very bad.



Arrived a bit early and I had a Solivite. Uiks! that little boy is giving to thumbs up.

Hmm...thumbs up to my Solivite? Ya...it's GOOD!

Later we went into the Restaurant and wait. A couple came but we are still waiting for another couple. There the famous words "ON THE WAY" emerge again.

Half an hour...."On The Way"

One hour..."very near....15 mins will arrive"

Another half hour......

Gua beh tahan liao. Ah choo choo-ing liao. Rushed here just to be on time and I didn't even have chance to change into warmer clothing. Washoping for a fast quick dinner and get home by my bedtime.

No repect for my time. Already know stay so far and heavy traffic jam expected...should have called and postphone or re-schedule the time ma. At least Papa can use the time to bring me home and change.

I got so pxxx-off and "Mang Chang". I made a lot of noise. We went off without waiting for the dinner.

Came home i was so exhausted that I slept tunggang terbalik.

That is how I end-up being a "snowboy". Woke up next morning with a terrible cold. Nose and eyes are like pipe bocor. Mamarazzi had to hang a towel around my neck.


Each time I sneeze, hingus comes out a lot and she wipe my nose with it. I ain't going for dinner with those guys anymore.

TMnet and Phone Line Down

Aiya...Heavy rain. Thunder. No DSL and Internet line on Modem. Plug in house phone no dial tone. Time to call TMNet People. Now where is the phone number for that. *searching*

Mamarazzi : Hello

TM : please press 1 for Bahasa...*press*press*press*wasted 5min*

TM : This is a service announcement*another 2mins*

TM: Good evening how may I assist you?

Mamarazzi : *Finally a human*. My phone line and internet line is down due to heavy storm.

TM: How may I address you, madam and can I have some verification. Username...

Mamarazzi :*give the necessary information*

TM: Please hold. *Music came on. Listened for another 5-6mins*. Thank you for your verification. How may i assist you?

Mamarazzi : *Duh? I've told you wat!* My phone line and internet Line is down due to heavy storm

TM: Is the DSL light blinking on your modem?

Mamarazzi : No DSL and Internet light on the modem. I plug in the phone also no dial tone. I think the phone line is down outside.

TM: What brand is your modem?

Mamarazzi: *huh?* Linksys

TM: Oh your own modem. Is your PC on. I need you to go to your PC to perform some tests

Mamarazzi: *WTF. My PC ok. It's the phone line and internet down * I've just off the PC

TM: I need you to on the PC to check. Is the internet down?

Mamarazzi: *GRRR!! this girl deaf or what?? The whole area phone line down. Internet is thru phone line ma. 1 + 1 = 11 ka??* Err...I need some time to on the PC. Could you call me back in 5 mins?

TM: I need you to do some test...I cannot call you back cause we cannot call out. Maybe you call back after you on your PC and our customer service will assist you.

Mamarazzi : okay thanks *hang up*

Bear in mind, none of this is TMnet's fault. It was stupid of Mamarazzi to call TMNet to report phone line and internet line down. Should have call the technical side. But aren't they linked? Laa....told the girl the phone line down, she still expect Mamarazzi to do the dignostic test on her PC ah? This girl betul betul STRAIGHT. A truly good and guai guai employee who truly expected Mamarazzi to perform everything in the her checklist before she would make a decision to listen to Mamarazzi that the internet is down due to the phone line down. Maybe I should marry her when I grow up since she is so guai. If I say ONE she sure won't dare to say TWO.

Did you ever encounter streamxy line down and when you call them up, it feels like they are putting you thru a checklist eventhough you already know what's the problem? Many times, after doing everything in the checklist, the line still down. The actual cause is the port at their side. They just need to reset the port, kau tim jor.

What happens next? Mamarazzi called the technical department. She was informed that all the phone line in this area is down. Will only be fix by 5pm 4th Nov. And the guy asked "Is your internet ok?"

This really made Mamarazzi seems red. And she vowed that she would write an e-mail to complaint on all the stupid questions asked. Wasting her $ calling them.

But the as of 7pm today, TM people from the Internet side called Mamarazzi up to inform her that the internet line is down due to phone line down, which due to faulty cable.*Duh! that is what Mamarazzi been trying to tell them yesterday!* Their technicians are trying to fix it and expected to be up by tomorrow evening *Duh! It takes 24hours for the news to be transmitted from Technical Dept to Internet line dept ka? . The guy was very apologetic.

All well that ends well. Both phone line and internet line are up by 11pm. Mamarazzi decided against writing a complaint letter since the guy was very apologetic and seems to have more brain that the other two. Instead she decided to vent her frustration here.

Management Wasting Residence Fund

Haiz......There it goes again. Management is wasting Residence Fund

Baru last month the fella re-painted the yellow line. Stating that residence tend to park at the side of the building instead of proper parking space. Mamarazzi already told the fella that re-painting Yellow Line won't work. Just Clamp the cars. Sure works wonders.

Degil betul. Yesterday, the fella went and poke all these steel rod along the building. What an eye sore. Making the building look hideous. Not only that! When Mamarazzi shake the steel rod a bit...can feel it shaky and will come out any time. Now! that is what we call a waste of money. Just buy Wheels Clamp! Sure nobody dares to park there anymore after kena a few times. ...Haiz...what to do...it's like talking to the wind.

H1N1 Pandemic

Hate watching TV News nowadays. Haiz... 6 more death due to H1N1 virus. And 32% of Global H1N1 cases and 21% of Global H1N1 death yesterday are from Malaysia!

Before the flu arrived at Malaysian shore, the Government says "No problem. We have full detailed plan on how to tackle this virus".

When virus reach Malaysian shore, every Tom Dick and Harry is busy debating the usage of the term "SWINE FLU". Where is unity in fighting this Pandemic? There is only "unity" to argue on the usage of the term "SWINE FLU".

To most people "it's just flu with a new name. That's all." And some says "Considering the number of people dead from dengue, this is nothing. Dengue related death in M'sia is more than death from H1N1 in the whole world!!!".

In Malaysia death due to Dengue from January 2009 to 13 July 2009 are 62 cases. That is an average of 8 cases monthly.

Death due to H1N1 from...when was that..April (?) to 11 August 2009 are 40 cases. Average 10 case per month?

Who still insist that this is just a flu with a new name?

What is Government and Private Organisation doing about it? Still the "Tidak apa" attitude? Or the "oh...it won't affect me for I am God Sent".

Why not instead of and/or on top of distributing Jalur Gemilang for Merdeka Day Celebration this year, they distribute Masks and Hand Sanitizer too? Just like the time there was SARS and Haze.

Papa...remember to use mask and hand sanitizer ya...don't be just another statistic.

Dishonest Costume Jewellery Trader at Pasar Malam SS3(Tuesday)

This really makes me feel like screaming %^&*#$. What happen was, Papa and Mamarazzi, went to Pasar Malam at SS3(Tuesday) last week to buy Puttu Mayam, Murukku and others Indians goodies to bring back for Kung Kung and Mah Mah. They loves to eat Indian food. And that particular pasar malam have many Indian traders.

As Papa was buying the Puttu Mayam, Mamarazzi saw that there is an Indian Costume Jewellery stall next to it. Mamarazzi's hair clip broke the other day. Thus, she went and selected two hair clips. One black and one pink. The Indian man took and put them into a black plastic bag while Mamarazzi was digging for money..

Arrived home. Opened the black plastic bag. The black hair clip is in a good condition while the pink one....

.You just look and see for yourself.

Both end of the hair clip are broken. Mamarazzi was 101% sure that it was in a good condition when she selected it. And it couldn't be that the hair clip broke on the journey home as the broken pieces would have still be in the white plastic or the black plastic bag. The @#$% must have change the Pink Hair Clip which Mamarazzi selected with a broken one while Mamarazzi was digging for money to pay him.
