Bedtime Stories And Prayers By Enid Blyton- The Boy With The Loaves And Fishes

Hmm...only 10 biji of buns.

Enough to feed a crowd or not ah?

What crowd? Of course not the Balik Kampung Gang la. The crowd in Enid Blyton's book.

According to the story there was once a small boy (younger than me?) who went fishing. He caught two small fishes.

He went home and his mom pickled the fishes for him to eat the next day. Hmm.. I wonder why pickle. Guess maybe coz they don't have fridge back then gua.

Well, the next day came and he saw there was a great crowd in the country road that ran around the lake. He found out that a wonderful man called Jesus is coming to heal the people and do many great things.

He begged his mom to let him join the crowd. His mom prepared a small basket for him. There she put his two small pickled fishes and five small loaves.

And off he went.

Soon he come upon the wonderful man. He was listened to Jesus stories till he forgot about everything

When evening come, Jesus saw that people are hungry and tired. He was sad. He sent out his disciples to the crowd asking if anyone have any food to spare

The little boy remembered his untouched basket of food and he timidly went to the nearest disciple and offer his basket. The disciple brought him to Jesus. Jesus smiled and said "Thank you, it's just what I need"

Jesus asked everyone to sit around in small group. Then he looked up to the sky and blessed the food. He called his disciples to come and fetch the food and loaves. Surprisingly, it was enough to feed everyone.

The little boy was so happy for he caught the fishes that everyone was eating and his mom baked the loves. Jesus took them and performed a miracle with them

oh...what a story it was....

Berry's Neighbour Baker's Inn Siew Pau

The other day, my Nutrigen stock and Orange for juicing stock was getting very low. Gosh..what to do leh? The Mini Market nearby doesn't carry Orange for juicing and pasar malam is a week away. Nutrigen stock were also of doubtful expiry date.

Nasib baik there is a new Yen Grocer in town and even have special delivery to the doorstep. My goodness.

The bag of groceries comes with a box of complimentary Berry's Siew Pau...opps..amended..should be Baker's Inn Siew Pau as enlightened by Mommy Ling. Don't be jealous ah..kakaka...

RotiBoy

Hmm...what is that great aroma waffling out from that shop? I want I want..or rather Papa said I want.

Mamarazzi finally bought 1 original flavor Rotiboy and 1 Blueberry flavor Rotiboy. Papa ngap-ed one Original Flavor Rotiboy before Mamarazzi had the chance to snap the photo. Taste? Ok-ok la. Could be better.

I also "ngap-ed"half of the Blueberry while Papa had the other half. I quite like the taste. Or maybe coz I was very hungry at that time.Hmmm...have to eat again when I am not that hungry.

Going Banana?

Mmmm...Secret Recipe Cake. Yum-yum...I remember when I was in Mamarazzi's tummy,I was crazy about Secret Recipe Cake.I wonder if Mamarazzi have bought my favourite.

Yup! Banana Chocolate Cake! Mamarazzi said this cake is fresh. How did she know it's fresh? Coz there was only 1 slice cut out from that cake. Her friend who work in a bakery before told her not to buy cake if saw many slice have been taken coz it shows the cake have been there a few days.

Meantime, I am going Banana on this Chocolate Banana Cake. Delicious!
