Hotdog and Curry Puff From IKEA

Mamarazzi went shopping at Ikano while I stayed in the car with Papa. After she finished her shopping, she pop-by IKEA and bought some food to reward us.

Mmmm....what is that delicious looking thing that Mamarazzi bought.

Curry Puff? How much one? Rm1/pc and if buy 6 pieces get 50sen discount. Haiyo...Mamarazzi really kiasu ya.

What else" Two hotdogs. One for me and one for Papa.

Got generous heaping of onions and stuffs from the counter. Can put as much as you want. Apa lagi..Mamarazzi add till the hotdogs are like little mountain la.

See! she put so much.

The Saga Of Darren Shan

Remember this book that Mamarazzi bought from BookXcess for Kor Kor Jon? Mamarazzi tak malu. Went and"pinjam" it first. Read and finished it after two nights of burning midnight oil.

This book is meant for teens but yet Mamarazzi enjoyed it very much. Guess, she is still young at heart gua.

It consists of 3 books in 1.

Book 1 : Cirque Du Freak is about how he was turned into a half-vampire in order to save his friend who was bitten by a poisonous spider. Very cham. Was turned from a care-free boy love by his friends and family into a loner who loss everything. Even his humanity.

Book 2 : The Vampire Assistant talks about how he started to learn the life of a vampire and how he tried as hard as he can to retain his humanity and restraint from sucking human blood. By doing so, he might die.

Book 3 : Tunnels of Blood. The story turn "darker" here with introduction of Vampire General and Vampaneze(those who suck dry their victims).

Scary? Nah....Mamarazzi said it's like Harry Potter. Not gross at all. In fact, seems to indirectly teach about loyalty, sacrifice and responsibility.

Cham loh...seems that this book is a series of 12 books. Looks like Mamarazzi will be chasing after the balance of9 books. Hope BookXcess have them in stock.

As for me, I "no eyes see". Baik aku tidur.

Kanna Curry House, Jalan Gasing

A fortnight ago, we went to eat Banana Leaf Rice at Kanna Curry House, Jalan Gasing after Ah Kong's medical check-up.

Uiks....everyone is using their fingers.

I also wanna use fingers la.

Ngap...hmm..taste better using fingers.

Mamarazzi's order Ayam Goreng. Taste not that good. The meat was "lembik"

Nice fish eggs but rather expensive at RM5/plate.

Overall, Mamarazzi likes the Kanna Curry House at Sect 17 better. They give more types of curry for us and I get to eat for Free. This Jalan Gasing Branch charge me for eating. *sob*sob*sob*

Ipoh Mali Lengluis

See this, you think of what? Think of Ipoh mali, right?

Hehehe...got myself a nice table. Mamarazzi said coz we are meeting two Ipoh mali Lengluis. Auntie Agnes and Baby Charmaine.

Wah...Auntie Agnes and pretty Charmaine arrived just a moment after Auntie Merryn and Kor Kor Ethan.

Cute or not these four Lengluis. Wah lau eh..they sure brightens up the day.

Aiyo..paiseh la...got photo of me"talking" non-stop trying to impress these two lenglui pulak. This round it's my turn to chit-chat with "blogger friends" pulak. Mamarazzi hardly have any chance to chat with the rest.

Ni must be Mamarazzi got jealous. I haven't finish chatting with my friend and hardly have time to chat nor have my photo taken with Kor Kor Ethan, Mamarazzi dragged me away pulak. Say got second appointment elsewhere.

I didn't even have the chance to thank Auntie Cynthia for this biscuit and Auntie Agnes for the Heong Peah. Thank you very much Auntie Cynthia and Auntie Agnes. And it was nice meeting you Baby Charmaine, Princess Breanna and Kor Kor Ethan.

Papaya Soup Recipe

A few friends had asked Mamarazzi recipe for Papaya Soup. So here it goes. A half ripe Papaya. Mamarazzi likes to use Papaya Solo.Nicer.

Oppss...this one a bit too ripe but hentam la. Next time don't buy so ripe punya ya.


Ingredients. A hand full of red dates, ground nuts and a piece or two of pork bone. Those with kids or want "halal" recipe can replace the Pork with Chicken drumstick. Make sure peel off the skin ya or else the soup will be too oily.

Then a small piece of Dai Tao Choy. Just half a piece as indicated in the photo will be enough. Wash and soak it in cold water for a few minutes.

Boil the ground nuts, red dates, meat and Dai Tao Choy till the ground nuts is soft and throw in the Papaya.


Once the Papaya is soft, mean kau tim already. Nice Papaya Soup is ready for drinking.

Looks like QingMing is around the corner. I wondered Ah Mah bought all the barangs yet or not.

There business is brisk for pasar malam traders that sell prayers items.

Paper shirts...

Paper money, cheque books, shoes, car, television ...

Wow...even handset, sunglasses, wallet, gold chains and golden lighter.Gosh...I wonder if they have iPhone or not.

I guess this weekend everybody will be busy doing "spring cleaning" at their ancestors"home" loh.

Island House Recipe, Kota Damansara(Update)

Yay..makan again. It's Island House Recipe located at No 25 Jalan PJU 5/21, Pusat Perdagangan Kota Damansara, PJU 5, 47810 P.J. . Mamarazzi had blogged about this place last year.Click here for our last Island House Recipe experience.


This round Mamarazzi ordered Ice-Blended Asamboi drink. Mamarazzi love the taste.

Papa's Ice Blended Coffee. Taste okay la

Kaw Por ordered "Wat Tan Hor" and said taste okay. Portion a bit small.

Last round Mamarazzi had Curry Mee, this round Mamarazzi wanna try their Prawn Noodles pulak. Sorry ya...photograph looked a bit unappetising but it really taste quite good. I guess this means Mamarazzi cannot be a food photographer or else all the customers cabut lari.


My plate of Fried Rice. Initially Mamarazzi commented why portion so small but after "korek-korek" the portion seems to be quite big pulak. Maybe it looked small coz the rice was made to look like a small hill. Taste good especially with the fried onions.

Alamak! ask me to belanja ah? Got money or not ah?

April Fooled

It rained cats and dog this afternoon. Don't believe me? Here is the proof.

After the rain stopped, Mamarazzi decided to go out to dispose the rubbish. And hey...what should we see...a flash that jump out of our front door grille. It was a cat.




Then I saw this. A tiny kitten. So tiny that it can't move much and its eye yet to open.

Omigosh! did it really rained cats and dogs? where is the doggy pulak?

The Mommy Cat going to leave the kitten here ah? Don't April Fool me oh...

Mamarazzi told me not to touch the little kitten coz the Mommy Cat will come and claim the kitten later. And true enough. We closed the door and after half an hour the kitten was gone(missing..not dead). The Mommy Cat came back and claimed the kitten.

RotiBoy

Hmm...what is that great aroma waffling out from that shop? I want I want..or rather Papa said I want.


Mamarazzi finally bought 1 original flavor Rotiboy and 1 Blueberry flavor Rotiboy. Papa ngap-ed one Original Flavor Rotiboy before Mamarazzi had the chance to snap the photo. Taste? Ok-ok la. Could be better.


I also "ngap-ed"half of the Blueberry while Papa had the other half. I quite like the taste. Or maybe coz I was very hungry at that time.Hmmm...have to eat again when I am not that hungry.
