Yawn~ Pagi-pagi buta, what is Mamarazzi doing?
Peanut cookies didn't turn out right, change project to making Kok Chai pulak. Can be say that the project is marginally successful. The "Food Tester" gives thumbs up to the "Inti" but just a marginal pass for the pastry. The pastry is a bit hard.Huh?? That's all the Kok Chai Mamarazzi managed to make ah? Why so little? Countable by fingers. Oh no more "liu".
Mamarazzi is still puzzle on why the oil in the wok turns murky and with black residue after frying the 1st batch of the Kok Chai. Anyone?
