For first timer, might feel horrified and painful. You have to ask the beautician to "adjust" the "power" of their guak Sar.
Subsequent ones are very nice. After the Guak Sar can really sleep syok syok

It's called Guak Sar Massage. They use a piece of tanduk kerbau to scrape your body to get the blood flow correctly and the pressure points.

How long is the gua sar session? They claim it helps ur body to detox - Is it really that effective? How do u know? Heard it before but hv never try it.

Syok or not after the Guak Sar?
I always seek hubby's help to do Guak Sar on my shoulder. Feel so relief after each 'guak'.

For me it's good lo. I have Guak Sar since I was small kid, each time when have fever.
Not bluffing one coz when i was small, mom used to guak sar for me went am sick. Sometimes red sometimes not red. Depend on the "Sar"(pasir)
At this shop more comprehensive. 90mins. Very effective. You can feel it after the guak sar. Like whole body lighter.
First timer will feel painful initially. The "bruises" will be there for around 3 days
But subsequent ones, might not be so red. It depend on the toxin/heatiness in the body. If a lot of toxin then red lo. If not much toxin then not so red.
Eeeeeeeee..... this stuff really scary wan la. LOL. One day, if I manage to gather my courage(dun tink will happen lorr, summore ask me strip) mebbe i will go guak guak guak! Hahahahahahha!

wah...ur body must be very heaty ler...i believe in guak sar...tried it esp when i got headache....recover after dat....
phew got lots of 'sand' on your back being sleeping on sandy beaches haha. during younger days when feeling not good mama would use a porcelain spoon and the results juz like yours. nowadays they have this bullhorn specially made for guak sar. the more you guak the more you are kuat haha. tQ

Yup..the girl also said my body a lot of sar. She do like 2..33 stroke already can see very red. Am used to guak sar also

My mom also used porcelain spoon dipped in a bit of oil to do it for me when I was sick. After that drink a warm cup of Hor Yan Hor and go to sleep wrapped in blanket. Sweat out the fever. Next day would feel much better
